Guided From Within
The essence of Freedom Style yoga involves learning to be in a tension-free, conflict-free state of mind so that you can listen for inner guidance on what to do or not do in your practice and in your life. Carie will share her version of Erich Schiffmann's Traffic Helicopter story on yoga philosophy and then we'll put the ideas into practice during a gentle asana session.

Infuse your practice and your life with creativity by learning to follow the feeling of rightness, wherever it leads. Discover how to skillfully run the right amount of energy through your lines in a pose and play with your ever-changing array of options and choices. Experience the joy of taking your practice to a whole new exciting level as you learn to start doing your yoga. Your yoga.
