I love teaching workshops. Workshops are weekend intensives that are brought to your location or studio, specifically tailored to the needs of your group in order to deepen the practice and deepen the learning about what yoga really is.

Whether we dive into anatomy, experiment with creative sequencing, learn how to work with themes and variations, or explore any other topic, the emphasis on every workshop is always singular: full immersion in the actual experience of the meaning of yoga. And the result is always fun and playful, as well as deeply profound.
